gcu-website
A Spanish-language site for GCU, a condominium management firm in Escazú, Costa Rica.
GCU has managed condominiums around San José, Costa Rica, since 2005. It’s a small team, and it needed a site that explains its services and takes proposal requests without anyone having to touch a build. So it’s one static page. I built it in two days, changing the copy after each round of their feedback.
How it works
- 01Build. One static HTML page plus images. No build step.
- 02Ship. Deployed on Vercel straight from the repo.

What I learned
- The best feedback came from the people who run GCU, not from me. One round with them mattered more than four design passes.
- Use the channel people already live in. I tried WhatsApp for the form, then went back to email because that's where they work.
